Tumblers are coated in layers of FDA compliant food-safe epoxy, that give each tumbler high shine and a glass like smoothness, unless made matte. Each tumbler is handmade, they are not machine made. In most cases starting the tumbler the next day If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. If there was an error made on our behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery.
