The Home Practice Mat will come vacuum packed in a sealed bag to cut down the shipping size. Please allow 48 hours after opening for the Pit Pillow to fully expand before using it. How long does it take for the foam to decompress after I unbox it from its packaging? The foam can take anywhere from 48-72 hours to regain its normal shape after being compressed for shipping.
