This custom made non-stick heavy cast aluminum pan is 9 1/2" inside diameter; 2 1/2" inside depth and weighs 4-Pound, 12-Ounce. A classic “problem —-> solution,” this pan was created by a seasoned Prosferon baker, Tina Vamvakias, who struggled to get a consistently clear seal on.
