Here at Way of Knife & EDC Gear House, we have been professionally trained on our Wicked Edge Pro Series. All knives are sharpened using this dual armed sharpening system. If you have an angle preference please leave it for us in the notes at check out or on a note in your box, otherwise, we will match the angle it was sent in with. Please keep in mind all knives vary, as most knife companies do, we default to a 20 DPS angle for most knives. Our Working edge - A 600-800 grit hand stone retouched edge with just enough tooth to slice anything in the daily use category. VERY sharp, but not polished.  Polished Edge - 1200/1600 Ceramic stone finished bevel with a razor sharp edge sporting a polished finish, for those that want a shine along with their function. Please note this is NOT a mirror polished bevel.  Polished Edge Upgrade  - 1600/5u Ceramic Stone and lapping film finished bevel as an ADDON service to a blade finish you are purchasing. This option is for the upgrade service ONLY. Our blade finishes come with a 600grit working edge unless you choose this upgrade service along with it to achieve the higher grit finish to the bevel.  Culinary Customers - Measure the cutting length of your BLADES ONLY, add up the total, and submit payment based on the $1.50 per inch rate we offer to the culinary world. Email or contact us if any special angle or treatment is preferred.  NOTE: We cannot offer sharpening on Serrated blades - we can offer a tip off method, creating a micro bevel on the tips of the serrations, often making them much sharper than being dull, but we don't have the proper equipment to sharpen each individual serration at the time.
