Straight out of 1955, this dish rack is made of sturdy metal with a turquoise rubber coating. Mid Century Modernpeople must have been thrilled when kitchen items came out in this color, along with pink, and yellow. It was a whole new era when the kitchen became a room not merely of functionbut.

It was a whole new era when the kitchen became a room not merely of functionbut a room to decorate and coordinate. Measures approximately 16.5 inches by 13 inchesit is about 3.5 inches deep. Condition: color has faded slightly I think, but only very slightlyit is still quite colorful. There are spots of metal showing through here and there. Some very minor rust spots. I actually think the coating of schmutz on the bottom has protected the color and finish. When it is given a thorough cleaning I think it will come out looking quite good, but like I said, there are spots on the bottom where the metal has worn through and nothing is going to change that. On the other handit proves it's vintage lol. Please examine the photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
