For Quistgaard / IHQ collectors and fans of iconic Danish Design!Rare to find pre Dansk ANKERLINE casserole in cast iron with serving stand.Designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard (IHQ) in 1954 before his collaboration with DANSK international.The serving stand has ant shaped teak legs and the stand is made of iron wrapped with raffia.The clever thing about this piece is that you can take it from the oven directly to the table and it looks great._____________________Very good used condition.The casserole looks very clean inside with minimal scratches.There are some minor enamel chips around the rim of lid and pot which is very common.Some shelf wear on top of lid and bottom of pot.Just one end of the raffia is a little loose at one spot - see image.serving standheight with handle: 17,5 cm (6.9)width and depth with handles: 29,5 x 23,5 cm (11.6 x 9.1)casserolewidth x depth with handles: 27,5 x 22 cm (10.8 x 8.6)height with lid: 14,2 cm (5.6)weight: approx 4600g + wrapping - so quite heavyIMAGES: If you want to see more images please send us a message.
