The front burners simmer with the exclusive 'Vari-Flame' feature that ranges from 400 BTU to 1,050 BTU. Also includes a thermostatically controlled griddle made of heavy-duty machined-steel plate that will heat to 450 degrees. Individual porcelain drop pans, deluxe knob bezels and continuous cast iron grates are standard. A stainless steel griddle cover is included with all built-in griddle models.
