Two HONMAMON Stars (link) Traditionally crafted in Japan, this Santoku knife features a striking Nashiji and Hammered pattern. The 180mm (7.1in) blade is made from Aogami Steel No.2, with a hardness of HRC61 +/- 1. Its double bevel design makes it suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The blade is sandwiched between soft stainless-steel layers, and a cool bolster is attached at an angle, adding to its aesthetic. The entire knife measures 305mm (12in) and weighs 160g (5.6oz).
