The Microplane Box Grater is the ultimate cheese grater. A four-sided rectangular grater, the box has four different cutting sides. One for extra coarse, one for fine, a third for cutting medium ribbons of soft cheeses, and a slicer side for cutting even slices of cheddars and Swiss. The Box Grater is easy to use with a rounded, soft-grip handle at the top. With blades constructed of surgical grade stainless steel and a body of plastic, the grater is well-constructed and safe to use.
