The probe has a temperature range of -40 to 302 degrees Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree Fahrenheit. The thermometer's target illumination design with LED light pinpoints a measurement area so that the user can adjust their positioning for ultimate accuracy. To help your kitchen maintain HACCP compliance, this thermometer features HACCP temperature danger zones that are indicated with clear safe / unsafe LED warnings.
