The hardest part is getting all of the ingredients together along with finding the perfect recipe. Well now you have no excuse.After searching for the best Pasta Recipe and the best Ingredients, we've made a convenient kit that has all of the important ingredients for making Fresh Pasta. The only thing we left out was the oil and water and all you need is a food processor or a clean counter. We've even included the instructions.With each Pasta Making Kit you receive our own pre-measured Semolina Pasta Blend, Two Fresh Free-Range Eggs, our Special Past Making Instructions and a small bag of extra Semolina Flour for working your Pasta Dough.When we make Pasta on the Farm we use a general rule of one Egg for each serving. Using Duck Eggs creates the richest and heaviest Pasta perfect for lighter sauces and soups or even alone as a full meal. We prefer Duck Egg Pasta on the Farm because we need all the calories we can get with all of the farm work. Using our Free-Range Chicken Eggs will create Pasta with the deepest orange color because of the Egg Yokes. All of our eggs on the Farm are shipped naturally Unwashed to preserve the bloom of the Egg. Unwashed Eggs are able to stay unrefrigerated for up to a month.
