Such a pretty soft pink color to this Depression-era cookie jar made by Anchor Hocking between 1931-1935. It features scrolled designs, garlands, and acanthus leaf relief on it giving it beautiful, subtle detail. Perfect for storing cookies, candies, or even coffee beans or dog biscuits! The jar was estate-owned and is in good vintage condition. It does have a chip on the edge of the lid, and there’s some roughness on the handle of the lid, indicative of some tiny flea bite chips. No other chips or cracks found. Look closely at the pictures for reference. The jar measures approx. 7.5” in height (including the lid) and approx. 6” in diameter. .
