ABOUT

Mat is available in one size, and ready to be at your home! Shown in 24.5 “ x 17.5” in photos.
Each mat is hand-painted with outdoor acrylic paint that is fade resistant and UV protected. The paint affixes directly to each fiber in the material for long lasting results.
Note: Design may vary slightly due to the hand-painted nature of the item!

CARE

To clean the mat, shake it out. Spot treat stains, but do not scrub design or saturate in water. To prolong the life of the mat, keep in dry, sheltered area. Decorative mats are not meant for heavy use. Keep away from items such as salt in winter, as salt eats away at the paint over time. All mats are unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo or have variances of color in the mat. Since coir is made from the husks of coconuts, some fibers might be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of the husks in the fibers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our product, RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO WEAR OR FADING. Doormats will not be refunded or replaced from wear. If any issues occur, please do not hesitate to contact us. I am unable to accept returns on any doormats at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your doormat please reach out to me immediately after it is delivered.
