Hand sharpened to between 14-16 degrees with excellent wear and stain resistance ensuring exceptional results and edge retention. The L-shaped blade profile is designed with your comfort in mind, proving more ergonomic, placing less strain on the wrist and hand while slicing. Perfectly positioned to perform more powerful cuts, the Gladiator Serrated Offset knife is best for slicing both hard and soft surface foods, including but not limited to crusty loaves of bread, tomatoes, watermelon, pineapple, barbecued meats and more, all without tearing.
