7 dpo - massive temp spike

Hi just wondering if anyone had experienced this before. I had a massive temp rise this morning, the highest I've ever had and this is my third cycle

6 dpo (I think..?). Got a huge temp spike today. Almost a degree higher. Never had one that high. Regular temping time and sleep schedule. Not trying to get my hopes up
