The oven has a heavy-duty electromechanical thermostat and may be used alone or in conjunction with the range top. A single chrome-plated oven rack is included to support your sheet pans or hotel pans and the 4 position rack guides are removable to facilitate easy cleaning. The oven's door handle is heat-resistant and cool-to-the-touch to reduce the chances of injuries.
