This Waring also has more power than any of the home Vitamix models. We decided to only carry this model Waring in 220 volt because there are less things to go wrong with units that have a High/Low speed switch. Units with a dial in the middle to turn the speed down when in low range have more of a chance to fail over time. We used a 2 speed blender for years and it seemed to work fine with most blending. This Waring blender is a high power extreme commercial blender and ideal for smoothies, bar drinks, soups, salsas, desserts, dressings, and more. Its 3.5 HP motor is capable of 45,000 RPM, for fast results. A remodeled blender jar, The Raptor, features an ultra-aggressive blade and jar design that delivers smoother, more consistent results. The MX1000XTXEE blender features simple high, low, off, and pulse paddle switches, a one-piece dishwasher-safe removable jar pad, and a 64 oz BPA-free copolyester container. Sound enclosures are available for quiet operation. NSF Listed. The sound cover is shown and it helps with noise and it reduces noise by about 30 percent, it is an option.
