Potato and vegetable cutter, french fry slicer dicer. Made of metal with wooden handles that have faded red paint. Use as 1950's retro kitchen decor. You push down on the handles with both hands and place the potato or vegetable in the middle between the two square pieces and mash down! Still works! It measures: 10 1/2" long when folded flat, When raised up it is 7 1/4" across the top and 6" across the bottom. When open ready to use it stands 6 1/2" high. One wooden handle has a small crack about 1/2" long. You might want to repaint the handles red as they were originally! It is an interesting unique Rustic kitchen accessory that you do not need to plug in! It says Made in Italy on one of the metal handle arms. It is rusty because it is Used and around 70 years old!
